Ruger Hebert
Ruger Hebert is the Founder and Retreat Director of MexiSoul Retreats, a plant medicine retreat center based at Finca El Péndulo in Tepatitlán, Mexico. After years of living with deep depression, addiction, and a sense that life was nothing more than “living, suffering, and dying,” Ruger reached a breaking point. Traditional therapies and medications weren’t giving him the breakthrough he needed.
Today, through MexiSoul’s ayahuasca and psilocybin retreats, Ruger’s mission is to help guests remember who they really are, reconnect with their higher selves, and integrate their insights into everyday life. He also hosts the “Remember Who You Are” podcast, where he sits down with guests from around the world to explore transformative plant medicine journeys and the human stories behind them.
